What does full board include?

Full board includes breakfast, lunch, dinner buffet.

Drinks (water and wine) are included for reservations made directly on our website


What is the first meal included if the reservation is full board?

Full board generally starts with dinner (on the day of arrival) and ends with lunch (on the day of departure). However, you can request to start with lunch and end with breakfast on the day of departure.


What drinks are included in the full board regime?

Full board includes water + 1 bottle of wine at lunch and dinner. Children are included in the price of a bottle of mineral water.


What meals does half board include?

Half board includes breakfast + dinner

Are there gluten-free product options at the restaurant?

We have gluten-free options. You must inform the restaurant.

What are the opening hours of the Bar Café?

The bar is open from Monday to Sunday from 7am to 3am


What is the price if I want to include breakfast, lunch and/or dinner when I arrive at the hotel?

- The price of breakfast is €7 for adults and €5 for children (up to 12 years old).

- The price of lunch and dinner is €15 for adults and €12 for children (up to 12 years old).


Are there amenities inside the rooms?

Yes, inside the rooms you will find the following accessories: shampoo dispenser, gel dispenser and towels. If you need anything extra, you can request it at reception.


Are there kettles inside the hotel rooms?

No.

How many electrical outlets are there in the rooms?

The rooms have 1 or 2 sockets

Are there rooms adapted for disabled people?

We have some semi-adapted rooms


Do the rooms have a refrigerator with a mini-bar?

No

Are pets allowed in the hotels?

Hotel Xaine Park does not accept pets

Is there wifi?

They offer free Wi-Fi, both in the rooms and in the common areas of the hotel.

How much does it cost to rent a safe?

Approximately €5 per day and a €10 deposit


Do you have a shuttle service to Girona airport or Barcelona airport?

There is no transfer service available, but we work with external companies that offer this type of service. Please contact the hotel if you are interested.

Do hotels have a luggage storage service?

We have a luggage room where you can store your luggage both at check-in and check-out.


Do hotels have special occasion packages? Which ones?

The hotels offer the following packages for special occasions:

- Romantic package for €35: Includes flower petals, bowl of seasonal fruit, bottle of cava, 25 min private access to jacuzzi, late check-out (subject to availability)

-Birthday pack for €45: Includes: Birthday cake (8-10 people), balloons with the age to be reached, bottle of cava:

- Children's birthday package for €30: Colourful balloons, sweets and candy, greeting card

- FESTIVE CAVA, COOKIES AND PASTRIES PACK: includes: bottle of cava and assortment of sweet cookies and assorted pastries

-CAVA AND ASSORTMENT OF SAVORY FESTIVE PACK: includes: bottle of cava and assortment of delicious savory snacks.

Do hotels have laundry service?

We have a pay-per-piece laundry service

Do you offer excursions or other activities in the area?

Yes. We work with an external company that offers tours and activities on the Costa Brava and Catalonia.

Do you have a gym?

Yes. The gym's opening hours are from 8am to 8pm. Reservations are not required.

Is there a massage service?

Are inflatable toys and mattresses allowed in the pools?

The only inflatables allowed in the pools are those that are necessary for people who do not know/cannot swim.

Do you have a parking service?

Yes, there is a car park in front of the hotel. Price 25€ per day and 20€ deposit.

What do I have to do if I want to check into my room early (early check-in)?

We do not offer an early check-in option. If the room is free and clean upon arrival, you will be able to check in. If the room is not yet ready, you will be able to use the hotel facilities.

What is the price for late check-out?

Always subject to availability, customers have the option of keeping their room (late check out) until 3pm (€30), or until 6pm (€50).

Is there any cost to cancel my reservation?

Reservations with free cancellation up to 2 days before will not have to pay anything. Non-refundable reservations will pay 100%

Do I need to present any personal identification documents when I arrive?

Please note that all guests must present their ID or passport upon check-in, including children.

Can I check in before arriving at the hotel?

Yes, you can check in online before arriving at the hotel, or if there is a long queue at reception. Below is the link to check in online without any problems.

What is the payment method upon arrival at the hotel?

Once you arrive at the hotel, you can pay either in cash or by card.

 

If I can't travel, what will happen to my booking?

Reservations with free cancellation can be cancelled or modified up to 2 days before your arrival.

In case of non-refundable reservation, the reservation will be charged 100%

From what age do children pay?

- Babies from 0 to 2 years old never pay, but they must be registered in the reservation.

- Children from 2 to 12 years old always pay, but the children in the room have offers of up to 50% discount.

*It is essential to attach the children's document at the time of check-in

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 15:00 to 20:00.

Check-out is until 11:00.

⚠️ Important: If you arrive after 8:00 p.m., you must notify us in advance. Otherwise, your reservation may be considered a "no show" and cancelled.

Does the hotel have a jacuzzi?

Yes, we offer a free jacuzzi for bookings made on our website. The session lasts 25 minutes and is booked at reception upon arrival. Free service for bookings made directly on our website.

Is there a swimming pool at the hotel?

Yes, we have an outdoor pool.

Opening hours: 08:00 to 20:00.

What are the meal times?

Breakfast: 07:45 - 09:45

Lunch: 12:45 - 14:45

Dinner: 19:30 - 21:30

Do you offer animation or entertainment?

Yes, we have entertainment activities from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

At night, you can enjoy our disco or karaoke from 9:00 p.m. to midnight.

Is the solarium free to access?

Yes, access to the solarium is free.

Opening hours: 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

What is the tourist tax?

According to legislation. Currently the rate is €1.32 per person per night for those aged 16 and over, with a maximum of 7 days in a hotel.

In apartments, the rate is currently €1.10 per person per night .

Can minors stay at the hotel?

Yes, but minors under 18 must bring authorization from their parents.
